PJ was born in Kerry. republic of Ireland. He was a unique person who worked hard and played hard.
He enjoyed his sport of Gealic football. he was always in the pub after a hard days work enjoying a pint or two.
He smoked like a chimney and never regretted it.
He was a great father to our three children and would do anything for them. He was always on hand to buy the lastest game or give a few pound to go to the cinema or out with friends.
He loved his family and we travelled back to ireland every year.
He went into hospital on june the 1st 2009 with a suspected blood clot on his lung. it turned out that he had angina. whilst he was awaiting an angiogram he suffered a massive loss of blood and had a cardiac arrest.
The doctors brought him back to us and he was in intensive care for a week before he contracted pneumonia andas he wasn't waking up, we had to make the decision to let nature take over.
PJ died shortly after 10.30pm on sunday the 14th of june 2009.
About 300 of his friends came to say goodbye to him. he was a wellrespected and loved man by old and young alike.
He is so greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
He was one in a million. Taken from me and the children so quickly and without time to say goodbye.
WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU EVERY DAY XXXXXX
